Blue Cross Blue Shield will be sponsoring a second Municipal Health Insurance Summit in which Mass Retirees will again be participating. According to Association PEC Coordinator Nancy McGovern, “Since the Summit focuses on municipal insurance negotiation processes and advocacy, a member’s participation in their Public Employee Committee (PEC) or Insurance Advisory Committee (IAC) is crucial, and we encourage those members to take advantage of this opportunity to learn and engage.”
